Sii Sweden is on the lookout for a proactive and business-savvy Account Development Manager with a background in SaaS and consulting sales. In this role, you will be part of one of our Competency Centers, where we gather top experts in specific areas. You will also have a chance to work with some of the most recognized brands in Scandinavia.
We’re looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably with a background in a start-up/small structure or fast-paced environment, who is used to wearing many hats and is excited about prospection and building strong relationships. If you’re eager to learn, grow, and influence the way we do sales, we want to meet you.
Your tasks
- Prospect new customers and cross-sell at existing accounts
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, with a focus on licensing, consulting, and platform-based solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and tech vendors
- Work closely with delivery teams to align technical solutions with client needs
- Stay on top of industry trends, actively sharing feedback and insights with internal teams
- Enjoy being part of business networks and taking part in business events
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales goals and grow our client base
Requirements
- Around 5–10 years of experience in IT sales, business development
- An extensive network in Stockholm and Sweden
- Background in SaaS sales, IT consulting, or licensing models (Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)
- A self-starter mindset, ready to take initiative and own your area
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and close deals
- Ability to connect business needs with technical capabilities in a clear, engaging way
- Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English
- Curious and energetic
Nice to have
- Some experience in staffing, CV-selling, or recruitment
