Summary

Job Description

  • Supports the Account Management Services Department by handling terminal-related inquiries, preparing timely reports, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Coordinating with the relevant departments for supply and equipment delivery, managing terminal request forms, and contributing to quality improvement efforts.
  • Ensures smooth operations and supports Team Leader, Supervisor, and clients by providing efficient and effective services
  • Prepares and processes service requests for any terminal-related concerns
  • Ensures that the window time for resolving or closing service issues is based on agreed service levels with accounts
  • Coordinates with the Service Fulfillment Division to pick up and deliver supplies, terminals, paper consumables, and other requests to clients or bank partners
  • Provides complete and timely reports and updates to accounts based o the set deliverables of key support groups
  • Establishes filing and documentation for the encoding system of accounts, as well as other official and business-related records
  • Prepares reports regularly for submission to clients’ immediate superiors and project managers
  • Prepares monthly service review presentations for key accounts and attends the meetings
  • Prepares all required billing documentation for the Finance Department for all expenses and services rendered to accounts
  • Exerts best effort to meet quality objectives; implements and/or carries out quality improvement activities; and functions as an Account Coordinator, as formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or executive management

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields
  • Preferably with at least 2 year of work experience in performing sales executive and/or administrative functions
  • Has excellent client coordination skills
  • Keen on minute details, flexible, systematic, and results-oriented
  • Computer literate in windows-based applications with the ability to learn customer service software applications
  • With excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Can start immediately
