Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Academy Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our Digital Dentistry Academy. This role will be responsible for curating and delivering high-quality educational programs for dental professionals, sales teams, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about dental education and technology and can translate complex digital workflows into engaging, accessible learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development & Management
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive training programs focused on digital dentistry technologies and workflows.
• Oversee live, on-demand, and hybrid training formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, e-learning modules).
• Collaborate with clinical experts to ensure scientific accuracy and clinical relevance.
• Collaborate with global academy team for courses and partnerships
• Academy Operations
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Academy, including scheduling, budgeting, KPIs, and resource planning.
• Maintain a learning management system (LMS) and ensure continuous content updates and learner engagement.
• Coordinate with external educators, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical advisors.
• Internal & External Stakeholder Engagement
• Train and support internal teams (e.g., sales, customer support) to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.
• Serve as a liaison between the academy and external partners, dental schools, and professional associations.
• Collect feedback and data to measure the effectiveness of educational initiatives and improve offerings.
• Content & Curriculum Development
• Create and curate multimedia content including manuals, videos, presentations, and online courses.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital dentistry to ensure training relevance.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology/MBA
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry
• Experience managing training programs or academies, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Strong understanding of digital dental workflows (e.g., intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, implants).
• Proficiency with learning management systems and instructional design tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) as required.
