Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with experience in Core ABAP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Experience in Finance & Accounting is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality ABAP code to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in Core ABAP to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
• Optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest ABAP technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and systems.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality solutions on time.
  
  

Qualifications

• Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Must be proficient in writing efficient and optimized ABAP code.
• Should have experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Nice to have experience with SAP modules related to Finance & Accounting.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work.
• Should have the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Advanced English.
• Nice to have good knowledges in Spanish.
