Sales, networking, and marketing for the largest CBD and THC plant science company and franchise in the country: Your CBD Store. Looking for a Sales Associate who will be educating customers via a consultative approach on the benefits of CBD and the science behind it. This job includes both in-store and out-of-store networking and marketing to grow the business. Responsible for the upkeep of the store and maintaining a high average sale price, while giving all customers the red-carpet experience. Managing day to day store operations while assisting marketing department with advertising locally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Three years sales/marketing experience preferred, but not mandated if your work ethic is exceptional. Looking for a team player and someone to add immediate value to this entity. Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable.
