Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to oversee their enterprise sales vertical. This role involves leading a team of 10 Account Executives and driving the closure of high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 Account Executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive the acquisition and closure of large-scale deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and playbook.
  • Foster strong relationships with industrial and facilities management clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing and scaling B2B sales teams.
  • Proven track record in selling to industrial or facilities management sectors.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Willingness to commute to HQ and travel to client sites.
