Reveal Guides (a partner with Reveal Diagnostic) is a technology and service-based company that provides treatment planning assistance and 3D CAD/CAM solutions for dentists across the country. This position involves working in a lab that manufactures custom medical devices used in dental implant procedures by utilizing 3D printing technology and dental lab equipment. We're looking for a 3D Printing Technician who strives on ensuring the highest quality and consistency in Reveal’s fabricated products. As a 3D Printing Technician, you will be responsible for organizing laboratory production of custom-made surgical stents. You will be required to track and manage a multi-step process, work in a digital environment, and learn to operate/manage/maintain a 3D printer.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture custom medical devices using a rotary tool and manage a multi-stage complex production schedule.
  • Post-process 3D printed dental models.
  • Perform quality inspection of medical devices.
  • Digitize orthodontic study models by using optical 3D scanning technology.
  • Perform maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  • Operate and maintain CAM production equipment (eg, 3D printer, mill. Full training provided).
  • Ensure 100% on-time delivery.
  • Update and maintain a digital record database.
  • Shipping, receiving, and logistics tracking.
  • Basic incoming phone support.

Qualifications

Skills & Relevant Experience:

  • High school diploma, AS/BS Degree, or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in dental, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, or X-ray is a plus.
  • Work experience in a team setting.
  • Must be proficient with computers.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good powers of observation.

Additional Information

Details of Position:

  • Part Time hourly position reporting to the Directorof Operations.
  • Hourly pay range: $24-$26- Based on experience.
  • Shifts: T/W/Thfrom 9:00 am to 6:00pm pm.
  • The position will be in-office, located off of Union square in San Francisco, CA.
  • Competitive compensation and paid sick and vacation time.
