EDUCATION: Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 3 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Manufacturing Operations experience QUALIFICATIONS: 1- Change Control Management / Project Management experience 2- Implementation of CAPAs | Hands on experience managing CAPAs in manufacturing areas. 3- Deviations documentation when required 4- Experience in Risk Management SHIFT: Administrative (8 hours shift OT only per business needs.)
