Summary

该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively participates in the research, development, application, and transition of algorithms for estimation, system identification, optimization, fault diagnostics & classification, and advanced control designs in the context of the AMEC internal customers, including Etch (CCP/ICP), MOCVD, EPI, LPCVD, etc., for diverse applications.
  • Works in a multi-disciplinary team and closely collaborates with AMEC internal customers to clearly understand and quantify their challenges and specifications.
  • Promotes model-based system engineering to better support AMEC product design and development with dynamics in multiple domains including thermal, fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Implements control algorithms in real-time systems and performs in-field verification. Key Requirements: 
  • Major in automatic control, electric engineering, mechanical, aerospace engineering, or related areas
  • Ability to perform: 1) control architecture evaluation and selection, dynamic modeling, estimation, system identification; and 2) control system analysis, design, implementation, and verification.
  • Solid knowledge of classical and modern control theory with learned courses on modern control theory and optimization theory, for example, LQR/LQG, MPC, H-infinity control, adaptive control, and/or fault detection.
  • Rich experience in the development of integration solutions with C, C++, MatLab, and Simulink
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; and publications in control-related conferences or journals.
  • Experience in model-based control design; knowledge of embedded systems & thermal engineering; or demonstrated ability to lead control-oriented projects. 自动控制,电气工程,机械工程,航天工程等相关专业
