Overview:

An Analyst/Associate with CBC Group is designed to provide insight into the day-to-day role of a healthcare-focused private equity (“PE”) professionals. We are seeking for candidates who demonstrate excellent analytical skills as well as those who excel at financial modeling, critical thinking, data gathering & analysis and industry research.

  • Investment - Analyst/Associate supports related teams on both investment and post-deal management assignments. The primary role is to work with investment teams, focusing on fielding market research surveys and undertaking a wide array of industry analyses and competitive assessments, modeling build-up, presentation materials preparation as well as multiple ad-hoc requests for transaction-related purposes. Our unique structure provides Analyst/Associate with exposure to the full life-cycle of a deal, covering investment process, due diligence and closing and ultimately encouraging ownership and a sense of responsibility from day one.



Qualifications:

Candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:

  • Maximum two years’ experience in pharma company, consulting firms, investment banking, placement agent, private equity fund, or investment consultant would be preferred.
  • Exposure to the private equity industry across a variety of asset classes (including buyout, credit, growth equity investment strategies).
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial work ethic, with the ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in healthcare will be a plus.
  • Preferred to have an advanced degree in finance, management or life sciences related disciplines from a top-tier institution.
  • Excellent oral and written English.
