Title: FullStack .NET Developer Location: Addison, TX Phoenix, AZ Chandler, AZ Duration: 18 months Work Engagement: W-2 Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Responsibilities: * Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments * Contribute to large scale planning of strategies * Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments * Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures * Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements * Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals * Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Qualifications: * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. * 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education * 4+ years of working with .NET, Angular, and REST API * 3+ years of experience with .NET CORE framework to include experience with building Micro Services * 2+ years of experience in NoSQL/MongoDB and Kafka * 2+ years of experience working on Scrum teams * 2+ years familiarity with the CICD tools * 2+ years familiarity working with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) * 2+ years of experience with common modernized testing frameworks Desired Qualifications: * Experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins, Antifactory, Sonar, Maven or Gradle * 2+ years of UI development using ReactJS and other JAVASCRIPT frameworks * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Knowledge and understanding of technology architecture: distributed and client server technologies * An industry-standard technology certification - preferably cloud certification. * Experience building microservices based on event driven architecture and domain driven design * Experience in the Financial Services Industry a plus
