University degree in electrical or mechatronic engineering / 机电工程或机电一体化工程大学毕业
At least 6 years’ experience in a multinational company in a similar position / 6年以上在跨国公司的类似职位工作经验
Experience with CAD tools (UG preferred), and familiarity with relevant GB, DIN and ISO standards in mechanical design / 具有CAD制图经验（UG优先），熟悉与机械设计相关的GB、DIN及ISO标准
Effective communication and interpersonal skills / 有效的沟通和人际关系能力
Able to work on projects in a multifunctional team / 能够在多功能团队中积极参与项目工作
Good command of spoken and written English / 英语听说读写流利
Deep understanding of the product development process / 深刻理解产品设计开发流程
