We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves end-to-end project management for client campaigns and our own social media channels. You will:

  • Manage client and internal social media projects from ideation to execution
  • Support campaign planning and implement product marketing strategies
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery
  • Handle day-to-day marketing operations, including but not limited to KOL (influencer) marketing, digital marketing, and PR coordination
  • Operate and grow company social media accounts; contribute to customized community growth strategies
  • Support B2B business development and partnership outreach
  • Assist with offline events and brand activations
  • Conduct monthly data analysis across platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance and contribute to growth strategies for OMG's media channels


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree or higher in the U.S.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Capable of multitasking and working efficiently under deadlines
  • Familiar with platforms like Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook; marketing or social media experience is a plus
  • Passionate about digital trends, influencers, food, and local happenings in the Bay Area
  • Creative thinker with a good sense for content and storytelling
  • Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Existing B2B brand contacts or partnership network is a strong plus

  • 针对客户项目或公司社媒账号进行项目管理,参与整个案子的创意策划,执行客户产品推广策略,与客户沟通并进行全程项目管理及推进
  • 处理日常Marketing工作,包括但不限于网红运营 (KOL Marketing) ,新媒体运营 (Digital Marketing) PR等相关业务
  • 运营公司社媒账号,参与定制社群增长方案
  • 行销招商(To B),拓展新客户Business development
  • 参与并支持公司的线下营销活动
  • 针对O.M.G 微信、小红书、FB等各平台每月情况进行数据分析,分析营销活动推广效果,参与制定O.M.G新媒体运营增长策略


-Requirement

  • 在美本科在读或以上学历
  • 积极主动,责任心强,有良好的团队意识并能够在规定时间内按时完成任务
  • 有较强的communication能力(熟练运用中英文)
  • 有较强的multi-task工作能力
  • 熟练操作小红书,Instagram,facebook等平台,有新媒体运营或Marketing背景优先
  • 对网络新奇实物、博主、美食、湾区热点高度关注,思维活跃、有创意
  • 有较强的团队协作能力
  • 有品牌方(To B端)合作人脉优先
