Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our marketing and sales efforts in North America. This role will play a key part in executing regional campaigns, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment between HQ and local teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience working in a fast-paced international environment, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage marketing and sales-related projects across the North American region
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations, product) and external partners (retailers, agencies, influencers)
- Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives, tracking progress and maintaining clear communication across teams
- Support go-to-market activities, promotional campaigns, and local activations
- Provide ongoing support to sales and marketing leadership by preparing updates, reports, and presentations
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or sales operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Prior experience in consumer electronics, tech, or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Must have legitimate permit to work in North America with availability to work across time zones when needed
