Why have you chosen to apply for this role at this company? Let them know what intrigues you, but also let them know how you would fit into that department or team.

  3. Why now? Why are you the best person for this job? Do you have plans to move up within the company? Concisely explain your career path up until now, how you’ve worked towards meeting your goals, and how your experience has prepared you for taking on this opportunity at this time.
