How should you describe your work experience on a Google resume?

One formula that Google recruiters say works well when you’re writing your achievements in a resume is the ‘X by Y by Z’ formula. According to Google, you should write your accomplishments as “accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z].” Using this formula allows you to show what you achieved, how those achievements were measured, and what steps you took to accomplish them.
