Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities1．校对、审核公司加工部件的工艺标准、普机配件图纸，并发布到现场。对加工过程中的特殊特性加工工艺及特殊工装进行整理、汇总、固化。2．根据产品信息以及客户端要求，编制新制模具的制造工艺路径，研判新制模具的预估加工工时，并反馈给相关人员。编制现场各部件加工工艺说明，分析潜在失效分析报告，保证工艺实施方案的可靠性和有效性。同时针对现场的实际加工情况，及时优化工艺方案，通报项目进度情况进行。3．根据试制反馈，编制内部工程更改及优化的工艺方案，寻求解决模具端问题的最佳工艺路径。4．针对现场质量问题，分析追溯现场质量缺陷发生的可能性，...
