Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our strategic sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a robust track record in new business development, and sales team leadership—particularly within the pharmaceutical (API), medical device, or biotech industries. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale high-impact initiatives across both domestic and international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage direct (B2B) sales, with a focus on new business development, revenue growth, and profitability.

• Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring strong client engagement, retention, and repeat business.

• Continuously identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities and strategic business partnerships.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a growth-oriented culture.

• Conduct regular client visits, deliver technical presentations, and actively participate in trade shows and industry events.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Service) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

• Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and ensure timely updates, forecasts, and performance reporting to senior leadership.


Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in direct B2B/OEM sales, business development, and key account management within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or chemical industries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Engineering preferred).

• A proven track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing strategic accounts.

• Experience in leading sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding targets.

• Strong technical understanding of products used in filtration, medical devices, or pharmaceutical applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Open to frequent domestic and international travel.
