Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Zoho Developer & System Administrator to take end-to-end ownership of our Zoho ecosystem and digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zoho CRM and Projects customization, document management, workflow automation, server-side development, and website management. This is a hands-on role requiring a full-stack approach to systems, applications, and infrastructure development and maintenance.

In addition, you will create and train team of executives on multiple WordPress sites including e commerce sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customise, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho One applications.Create and optimise document management systems, custom workflows, and automation processes.Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools and internal systems using APIs, custom functions, and webhooks.

Manage the deployment, maintenance, and security of websites (multiple domains) and ensure seamless integration with Zoho applications.

Handle server-side configuration, maintenance, backups, and performance optimisation (Linux or Windows servers).Provide continuous enhancements, testing, and updates across systems with documentation.Act as a technical advisor to improve business processes through Zoho and digital tools.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues independently.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Certifications in Zoho (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer) or relevant technologies are a plus.

Zoho Platform Expertise: In-depth experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho WorkDrive, and Zoho Books.

Customization & Scripting: Proficient in Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.API Integration: Strong skills in REST APIs, OAuth, and third-party integrations (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, payment gateways).

Web Development: Strong in full-stack development (e.g., PHP, MySQL, React/Angular, WordPress) and managing multiple websites.

Workflow & Automation: Ability to map and automate business processes using Zoho tools or alternatives like Zapier/Integromat.

Database Management: Understanding of relational databases and data security practices.

Documentation: Capable of writing clear and concise system/process documentation.

Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho Suite.

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end development and deployment of custom applications and integrations.

Experience in managing digital infrastructure, including website hosting, data security, and system backups.Experience working independently in a technical role, ideally in a startup or small-team environment.

Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated and resourceful; able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

Effective communicator with a good understanding of business needs.
