Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Administrator & Implementation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the successful administration, implementation, and consultation of Zoho applications, including Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, and Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Zoho systems to meet business needs while providing expert guidance on best practices for leveraging Zoho applications.

As a Zoho Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, assist with system integrations, ensure smooth implementation, and offer ongoing consultation to help drive business efficiency and growth. The candidate should be proficient in Zoho’s suite of tools and capable of managing both technical and functional aspects of Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Application Administration:

  • Administer and configure Zoho One suite, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics, ensuring optimal usage and performance.
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and access control across Zoho apps, ensuring secure and compliant access for team members.
  • Regularly monitor the performance of Zoho applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Set up and manage Zoho Analytics dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to deliver actionable business insights.

Implementation & Customization

  • Lead the implementation of Zoho systems across departments, tailoring configurations and workflows to meet specific business needs.
  • Customize Zoho CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer support processes, including workflows, fields, modules, and reports.
  • Oversee the setup of Zoho Books, ensuring seamless integration with other business tools, and providing expert advice on accounting and financial workflows.
  • Provide consultation on integrating Zoho Analytics with other Zoho apps, enabling advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver customized solutions for business processes.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and business rules within Zoho applications using Blueprints, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.

Consultation & Training

  • Serve as a Zoho expert and provide ongoing consultation to internal teams on how to leverage Zoho applications to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to ensure all team members are proficient in using Zoho systems.
  • Advise on best practices, providing recommendations to optimize business processes and improve user adoption.
  • Act as the point of contact for all Zoho-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring systems run smoothly.

System Integration

  • Lead the integration of Zoho systems with third-party applications and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, payment gateways).
  • Manage the data migration and integration from legacy systems to Zoho, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Support And Troubleshooting

  • Provide expert troubleshooting and support for Zoho applications, addressing any technical or functional issues.
  • Continuously monitor Zoho systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Maintain detailed records of system configurations, issues, and resolutions to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience working with Zoho applications, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.
  • Zoho Expertise: Proven track record of administering and implementing Zoho applications, with a deep understanding of their features and functionalities.
  • Implementation Skills: Strong background in implementing and customizing Zoho solutions across various business functions (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
  • Consultation and Training: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in providing consultation and training to end-users.
  • Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating Zoho applications with third-party tools and APIs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and solve complex system problems.
  • Customization Knowledge: Familiarity with Zoho scripting (Deluge), workflows, automation tools (Zoho Flow, Blueprints), and custom module creation.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Certification: Zoho certification (e.g., Zoho CRM Administrator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics) is a plus.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of financial processes and best practices for implementing accounting systems like Zoho Books.
  • Experience with data migration and business process automation using Zoho apps.
