Summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho Inventory Administrator to manage, optimize, and ensure the seamless operation of our Zoho Inventory platform. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Zoho Inventory system while ensuring efficient stock management, integration with other Zoho apps, and meeting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration:
    • Administer and configure Zoho Inventory to meet business needs.
    • Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels.
    • Oversee the integration of Zoho Inventory with other Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.) and third-party systems.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely stock updates.
    • Set up and maintain product categories, SKUs, and warehouses.
    • Manage inventory transactions, including sales orders, purchase orders, and returns.
    • Coordinate the implementation of inventory best practices and workflows.
  • Data Management:
    • Perform data imports/exports and data migration when required.
    • Cleanse and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory data.
    • Generate and analyze inventory-related reports and metrics for management.
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide technical support for Zoho Inventory users, addressing any issues or challenges.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to stock management, transactions, and integrations.
  • Training & Documentation:
    • Train employees on Zoho Inventory best practices and new features.
    • Develop user manuals and internal documentation for Zoho Inventory procedures.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Regularly review and optimize workflows for inventory management efficiency.
    • Implement automation and custom workflows within Zoho Inventory to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience working with Zoho Inventory, with a solid understanding of inventory management principles.
    • Experience with Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects) or similar integrated systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of data management, product categorization, and stock tracking.
    • Knowledge of API integrations and automation within the Zoho ecosystem.
    • Comfortable working with Zoho Analytics for reporting and dashboards.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide training and support to team members.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Certification in Zoho Inventory or related platforms is a plus.
