1. Documentation and updating of the existing ZOHO environment and work with IT and business units to modernize the ZOHO environment.
2. Implement and maintain the multiple ZOHO instances that comprise the ZOHO environment (development, test, training, and production).
3. Maintain the integrity of the ZOHO environment by managing the ZOHO Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
4. Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each ZOHO in- stance.
5. Design and implement an optimal ZOHO con- figuration to maximize system performance and availability.
6. Manage ZOHO users, authorizations, and profiles.
7. Distribute the online ZOHO user workload and monitor and manage the ZOHO background job workload.
8. Configure and manage the ZOHO printing sub- system for all ZOHO instances.
9. Maintain ZOHO performance by planning and executing ZOHO tuning strategies.
10. Monitor all ZOHO systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
11. Participate in the planning and implementation of ZOHO system upgrades.
