Job Summary

YesMadam is looking for a results-driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our customer-facing mobile application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C product management, a technical foundation, and a clear understanding of user behavior and digital product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• Work closely with business, marketing, customer experience, design, and engineering teams
• Define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and prioritize features based on business impact
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
• Ensure high-quality UI/UX through close collaboration with the design team
• Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing before deployment
• Define and track KPIs, analyze product performance, and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for integrations such as payments, chat, and communication tools
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Proven experience managing customer-facing digital products in a B2C environment
• Strong knowledge of systems thinking, Agile methodology, and wireframing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Understanding of UI/UX design and its impact on user journeys
