Digital Design: Create stunning visual designs for websites, mobile applications, social media graphics, email templates, online advertisements, and other digital assets.
User Experience: Work closely with UX designers to ensure that the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and aligns with best practices and industry standards.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that our visual identity is well-represented online.
Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful visual assets for online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Responsive Design: Design and optimize digital assets for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring a seamless experience for users on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Animation and Interaction: Create visually appealing animations, micro-interactions, and other dynamic elements to enhance user engagement and interactivity.
Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep abreast of current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations to continually improve and evolve our digital design practices.
Feedback and Iteration: Accept feedback from stakeholders and team members and use it to iterate and refine designs to achieve the best possible results.
Degree in Design: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or a related field is preferred.
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Designer or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Web Technologies: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
Creativity and Innovation: A passion for creativity and an ability to think outside the box to deliver visually stunning and original designs.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality designs that are pixel-perfect.
Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Collaboration and Communication: A team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
