The Xray Product Finance Manager, a business of $700M in revenues globally, will be responsible for driving key financial processes across multiple product teams (Mobile, Fixed Rad and Fluro segments) ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Reporting to the WHXR CFO and working closely with the Product Management and Development teams, this leader will manage product financial performance, pricing strategies, and cost optimization and overall Franchise performance. This role requires a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, financial modeling, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and overall productivity.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Xray Franchise Orders and P&L Accountability Management: Oversee and manage the financial performance of product franchises, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets.
* Services Revenue Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize revenue from Xray services.
* Large Deals Modeling: Provide financial modeling and analysis for large deals to support decision-making.
* OPI, SPI, and SM Floor Management: Manage and track key financial metrics and performance indicators.
* Primary P&L: Take ownership of the primary profit and loss statements for products budgets
* VCP P&L Management: Oversee the financial management of Variable Cost Productivities for all Xray Projects in place and in the funnel. Ensure the VCP flows to P&L.
* FMI Financials Management: Manage financials related to FMI.
* Research Agreement: Handle financial aspects of research agreements. Partner with Program leaders to assess each agreement step and company liabilities.
* Product Balance Sheet: Maintain and manage the balance sheet for Xray segment
* Product P&L Planning Cycles, Forecast, and Actuals: Lead the planning, forecasting processes; actual analysis of Xray P&L
* Expert in R&D Expenditure at Program Level: Provide expertise in managing research and development expenditures at the program level.
* Lead Wing to Wing Financials for Product Roadmap: Oversee the financial aspects of the product roadmap from inception to market launch.
* Support Digital Sales Transformation Journey: Manage financials for SaaS and recurring revenue models.
* Support CFO for Special Projects: Assist the CFO with special projects, including business development and go-to-market strategies.
* Support COO Key Strategic Projects: Collaborate with the COO on key strategic projects aligned with organizational priorities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or other numeracy-based topics
* 8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on product finance, FP&A, or related functions.
* Strong understanding of financial modeling, product lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
* Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $139,200.00-$208,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
