Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manual testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure software compliance with business requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation of test results and QA artifacts.
• Continuously contribute to process improvement and QA best Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Good understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
