About the Role:

A prestigious luxury watch brand is seeking a Technical Head with WOSTEP certification to lead its technical service and training operations in India. This is a senior leadership role responsible for maintaining Swiss standards of horological excellence, managing a team of watchmakers, and driving after-sales technical performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee technical service operations, ensuring compliance with WOSTEP and Swiss watchmaking standards.
• Train, mentor, and upskill in-house watchmakers and technicians.
• Drive excellence in diagnostics, repairs, and restoration of high-end mechanical and quartz timepieces.
• Act as the technical brand ambassador, interfacing with global HQ and regional service teams.
• Maintain and improve workshop quality processes, tools, and turnaround times.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure adherence to warranty and service protocols.
• Collaborate with the retail, operations, and customer experience teams for service excellence.

Requirements:

• WOSTEP certification is mandatory.
• 8–15 years of experience in luxury watch servicing, including team leadership.
• Deep understanding of Swiss mechanical and automatic watch movements.
• Proven experience in workshop management and technical training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, quality, and precision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Swiss luxury brands (e.g., Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, etc.).
• Familiarity with technical documentation, audit processes, and ERP tools related to service centers.
