Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals, both in office and technical roles, who are instrumental in achieving our strategic objectives and enhancing our service capabilities. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our organization as World Service Coordinator Assistants.

 

Role Overview

As integral members of the Service Coordination Team, the selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating quotations and orders in accordance with company protocols, client specifications, and relevant regulations and standards.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between customers and TNL Group’s network of technical partners.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery with prompt turnaround times for all quotations and order processes.
  • Proactively following up on quotations, maintaining client engagement, and providing updates to supervisors.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the shipping industry, ideally within the Marine Electronics sector.
  • Strong proficiency in technology and fluency in English; experience with the SoftOne ERP system is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and interpersonal collaboration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong professional work ethic.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire for continuous learning and professional development.
