This is a full-time on-site role for a Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant located in Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to law, legal document preparation, communication, administrative assistance, and supporting attorneys in their legal work.


Qualifications

  • Experience in law and legal document preparation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide administrative assistance
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
  • Experience working as a Legal Assistant
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
  • Associate's degree in Legal Studies or related field
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
