About the Role

  • Full-time Site staff stationed at the Project Office & Site Office
  • To support project technology systems (primary CAD & Revit) on the nominated project(s) in our Singapore studio. The role will require the use of efficient workflows in all phases of the design/documentation process.

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in Interior Workplace projects is a definite advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English for daily communication
  • Ability to determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Strong technical and detailing capabilities
  • High-level understanding and execution of software skills, particularly AutoCAD and Revit
  • Adobe Photoshop & SketchUp skills are considered an advantage
  • Demonstrate a proven record of previous work and training skills
  • Participate in technical review of project performance to ensure compliance with group standards
  • Technical coordination with multiple disciplines experience in Singapore site visits, tender/ construction document delivery, materials, and detailing will also be the key qualities of the successful candidate
  • Understanding of local code of practice and regulations is an advantage
