Overview

See yourself in our team:

As the Workforce Planning and Performance Analyst, you will work closely with the Head of Performance Management and Workforce Planning to improve, create and building reports for complex, dynamic resourcing models that are nationally consistent, for the purpose of maximising productivity of every staff member. You will be fostering business unit relationships with Workforce Planners to ensure that individual requirements are considered and included in any modelling.


How you'll make an impact

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Work with key stakeholders, to create and maintain a deep understanding of required resources to maximise business unit performance
  • Track and report systematically capacity for all roles to determine opportunities to reduce or reallocate resources more dynamically
  • Support the Head of Performance Management and Workforce Planning with maintance of current and creation of improved reporting
  • Provide guidance and support to Leaders in identify opportunities to drive efficiencies within operation, with a view to eliminate unnecessary complexity and maximising productivity
  • Develop and or oversee the development of new PowerBi reporting requirements for the business as the needs arise.
  • Engage with national operational teams to ensure consistency and alignment across operational units.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement while identify opportunities to drive automation and other efficiency initiatives to minimise multiple touch points across processes and delivery a ‘better way of working’ model.

About you

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Data Science or similar highly desirable
  • Prior experience in workforce planning, working with multiple inputs
  • Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
  • Project Management
  • Multiple stakeholder engagement
  • High level and demonstrated data and statistical analysis aptitude
  • SQL/DAX knowledge and advanced level of excel including financial modelling
