The Training Senior Manager is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures. This role involves collaborating with functional teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs, ensuring the effectiveness of established programs, and researching new training techniques to enhance existing programs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and develop new training programs and initiatives to meet the business's needs.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis by meeting with business leadership to identify gaps and provide effective solutions.
- Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring consistency in quality and content.
- Management: Manage the junior training and development team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of duties.
- Evaluation: Track and report the progress of ongoing training programs, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for each department to improve employee skills in a personalized manner.
- Content Creation: Partner with the Creative Solutions team to create, design, and continuously improve training content, including outlines, presentations, and associated materials.
Core Experience:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in training and development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
