Position Overview: The Workflow Enhancement Analyst is responsible for creating original content, promoting the use of technology, and assisting staff in maximizing the use of existing and emerging management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Write, format, edit, and validate various technical documents.
* Ensure all documentation uses standard templates.
* Identify and maintain proper version control for all documents.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and key staff across departments to document current and future state workflows, incorporating regulatory requirements, quality, and efficiency.
* Develop and maintain an inventory of business processes within department standards, considering business decisions, technology changes, and annual audits.
* Analyze processes for efficiency and effectiveness, providing solutions to minimize complexity and waste.
* Develop documentation with minimal supervision and rework.
* Develop content goals and strategies while collaborating with other departments and team members.
* Assess training materials prepared by facilitators to ensure they complement online help.
* Develop and maintain central Intranet web pages and knowledge library (OLH)
* Establish and revise customer service policies.
* Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service.
* Formulate and enhance desk-level procedures (DLP).
* Perform other related duties as required.
Education & Experience:
* High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
* 2 years of training experience required.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both on the telephone and in person.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Advanced expertise with PC skills, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), working knowledge of content management software, basic HTML, and related programs
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in translating complex concepts into well-structured narratives.
* Proofreading skills to ensure content and formatting accuracy.
* Adaptability with various multimedia platforms and methods.
* Ability to independently troubleshoot and provide problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.
