Make a Difference The Workers Compensation Sr will be responsible for investigating and reviewing employee workers' compensation claim reports to determine liability. This role will investigate accident and/or safety occurrences, review safety reports and statistics, negotiate, prepare, evaluate, and settle cases with employee/claimant, attorneys, insurance carriers and provides to minimize assure fair claim settlements. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. * Bachelor's degree preferred, in lieu of degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. * Two years' experience in workers compensation strongly preferred. * Ability to collect and analyze data * Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to collaborate with various teams to provide an exceptional experience in managing workers' compensation claims.
