Job Description

We are seeking a Work Comp Adjuster. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our family-owned company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of claims handling experience and be able to handle lost time/indemnity claims.

Responsibilities

• Handle lost time/indemnity claims
• Manage a caseload of 130-140 W/10-20% litigated files
• Rarely need to show up for a mediation
• Handle self-insured accounts and claims related to manufacturing and heavy equipment
• Preferably work onsite in Anderson, CA
• Demonstrate a positive, high-energy attitude and be a self-starter
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims handling experience
• High School Diploma
• Experience with CA or WA claims
• Litigation experience
• No required licensure, SIP preferred
  
  

Day-to-day

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of lost time/indemnity claims, manage litigated files, and work with self-insured accounts. They will also demonstrate a positive, high-energy attitude and be a self-starter.

Benefits

• Competitive wage range of $80,000 - $100,000(DOE)
