This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Manager-level role with one of the leading consultancies delivering high-impact Workday HCM Cloud transformation projects across the UK. Focused on helping clients realise value through cloud-first strategies and end-to-end delivery, this role is ideal for a confident Workday HCM professional who can lead from the front and deliver in complex, multi-stream environments.

As a Workday HCM Consultant at Manager grade, youll work closely with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver scalable, best-practice solutions. Your role will span leadership of full project workstreams, managing onshore and offshore teams, and contributing to the development of long-term client relationships. Youll bring both technical depth and strategic vision, ensuring delivery excellence while also supporting business development and pre-sales efforts.

Your Responsibilities As Workday HCM Consultant Will Include

• Leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across one or more modules
• Facilitating workshops and strategic conversations with client stakeholders to define needs and transformation goals
• Managing the full delivery lifecycle of Workday HCM workstreams, including coordination with offshore teams
• Advising clients on HR business process change and aligning solutions with broader transformation objectives
• Supporting the development of client relationships and contributing to pre-sales and solutioning activity
• Driving the adoption of best practice approaches and mentoring junior team members across delivery teams
  
  

Your Previous Experience As Workday HCM Consultant Will Include

• Certification in Workday Core HCM module
• Demonstrable experience implementing at least one Workday HCM module in a functional consulting role
• Proven background leading client engagements and delivering full lifecycle implementations
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and how to optimise them through cloud platforms
• Experience coordinating offshore delivery teams and managing parallel workstreams
• A consultancy mindset with experience supporting solution shaping and client development initiatives
  
  

Desirable Experience

• Certifications in additional Workday modules (Compensation, Absence, Talent)
• Exposure to business development, proposal writing, or account expansion initiatives
• Experience advising on operating model design or supporting wider enterprise transformation programmes
