Job Title: Workday Integration Developer Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6-8 Month Interim Project

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer Consultant with over 5 years of experience in Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), DT, APIs, Workday Report Writer, and Workday Calculated Fields. Strong programming skills in languages such as XSLT, XML, and experience with REST and SOAP APIs are essential. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday Studio and experience with Benefits integrations is preferred. Experience with Workday Prism or Workday Extend is a plus. Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile methodologies are required, and experience with Rally is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, DT, APIs, Workday Report Writer, and Workday Calculated Fields.
• Utilize programming skills in XSLT, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs to create seamless integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Workday HCM modules.
• Identify and address risks, roadblocks, and process changes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide expertise in Benefits integrations and Workday Prism or Workday Extend, if applicable.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present findings and recommendations.
• Work within Agile methodologies and utilize tools such as Rally for project management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies.
• Strong programming skills in XSLT, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday Studio.
• Experience with Benefits integrations preferred.
• Experience with Workday Prism or Workday Extend is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience in Agile methodologies.
