Must-Have skills

• Experience with Workday Studio
• Workday functional areas
• Experience in multiple integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
• Good understanding of Workday functionality
• Development of complex reports
• Good understanding of Workday Security
• Experience in working in third-party integration framework
• Must have a problem-solving attitude
• Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

Good-to-Have skills

• Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these
• Experience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management
• Passion for exceptional customer service
