Your Role And Responsibilities

At least 3+ years of workday Core functional experience

• Workday HCM Certified (Must)
• Play a lead role in the set up and configuration of key modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, recruiting, and Security.
• Provide day to day support to key business processes in Workday.
• Lead the process of uploading Data.
• Maintaining integrations, support & troubleshoot
  
  

Must Haves

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically configuration.
• Have exposure to configuration across 2-3 different Modules within the HCM Suite (Benefits or Compensation are extremely beneficial).
• Ability to create and update advanced reports. BIRT nice to have.
• Have excellent communication skills and be confident working with external partners.
