Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Integration Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing Workday HCM integration projects, connecting Workday with internal systems, third-party vendors, and other enterprise applications. You will also work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless data flows and accurate integration of HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Workday HCM Integration Management:
  • Design, configure, and implement integrations between Workday and other systems such as Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Talent Management tools.
  • Lead integration projects from requirement gathering through to post-deployment support, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Integration Development & Testing:
  • Use Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and other integration tools to build, configure, and test integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integration functionality, and alignment with business requirements through thorough testing (Unit, System, and UAT testing).
Collaboration with Technical & Functional Teams:
  • Work with HR, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business processes.
  • Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on integration best practices and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Documentation & Support:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrations post-implementation, addressing system issues and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Optimization & Enhancements:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to existing integrations based on Workday best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and improve integration performance to ensure data accuracy and reduce system errors.


RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools like Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and XSLT.
  • Experience working with integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., Payroll, Benefits Providers, Time and Attendance systems).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Solid experience in troubleshooting integration issues and performing data mapping and transformations.
Communication:
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex integration concepts in clear, understandable terms.
Certifications (preferred): Workday HCM Integration certification is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
