Responsibilities

  • Administrator for Workday Human Capital Management System
  • Serves as in-house specialist for file feed/integrations to/from Workday to other internal business systems or external business partners (e.g., benefits or payroll provider systems): Develops new file integrations using Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) - highly technical programming tool, Assists in file feed/ using integration troubleshooting and maintenance (using Workday Studio tools), May work with outsourced partners or internal IT to project manage more complex integrations
  • Performs data loads to Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) functionality
  • Collects, works, collaborates with HR-AML (US Team) on Workday development and configuration to meet AMPI business requirements across a variety of HR functional areas (performance, talent, compensation, benefits, absence, etc.)
  • Works to understand functionality being rolled in Workday updates, and assists in determining what features and functionality would be helpful to adopt.
  • Works with HR users to determine importance/timing of release of new functionality
  • Ensures compliance to Data Privacy Act


Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related course with equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience using an HCM system such as Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle, as an HR super-user or HCM Analyst
  • 2+ years of working in the HR function preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to deliver data with high level requirements
