About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Workday Financials Technical Consultant (FDM Certified) with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise across multiple finance areas, with a strong background in process optimization, solution design, and integration support.

Required Qualifications

• Workday FDM certification or demonstrable experience with Workday Financial Data Model.
• Proven experience as a Workday Financials consultant on multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Functional leadership experience in at least three of the following modules:
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Grant Management, Fund Management, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Projects, Treasury, or Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience designing business processes and gathering functional requirements for finance systems.
• Familiarity with 3rd party financial integrations (e.g., banks, procurement systems).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
