This project involves migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. It will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules. Day to day tasks to be performed by the Consultant: * Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance. * Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration. * Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies. * Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration. * Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition. Experience (7+ years of the following) * Experience developing and executinge data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance. * Experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration. * Experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies. * Experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration. * Experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition. * Experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures. * Experience working collaboratively with various technical teams (but not limited to) such as peoplesoft, workday, database administrators, cybersecurity analysts to ensure comprehensive identity management practices. * Oracle PeopleSoft Certification Bachelor's degree Education: Bachelors Degree
