We're looking for a Wireless Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in network performance, RF optimization, and systems integration. You’ll work with top-tier wireless operators, infrastructure vendors, and R&D teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and test advanced wireless systems (5G, LTE-A, Wi-Fi Advanced).
• Characterize and optimize network performance across the air interface, core network, and user devices.
• Conduct over-the-air (OTA) field trials and resolve interoperability issues with vendors.
• Perform RF network planning and parameter optimization, including link budget definition and coverage/capacity analysis.
• Use advanced tools (TEMS, QXDM, Actix, etc.) to measure and troubleshoot network behavior.
• Support RFP evaluations and capacity planning for large-scale network deployments.
• Communicate complex results and proposals to cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in wireless communication or cellular network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of 5G NR, LTE-A, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Familiarity with RTP, TCP, UDP, IP protocols and 3GPP standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
