Job Responsibilities：

• Provides technical support for the Radio Access Network (RAN), including 2G/3G/LTE, 5G NR, and other related technologies.
• Diagnoses and solves the problems of wireless RAN network devices (such as controller base stations and antennas) to ensure normal network operation.
• Analyze network logs and data, troubleshoot network faults, and propose solutions.
• Configures and maintains wireless RAN devices to ensure seamless integration and compatibility between the devices and the network.
• Works with the R&D team to test new functions and upgrade network devices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents to help customers understand and use devices and solutions.

Job qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications engineering, electronic engineering, computer science, or related majors.
• At least three years of wireless RAN-related technical support or network optimization experience.
• Deep understanding of wireless communication principles and RAN architecture, including GSM/UMTS/LTE and 5G NR.
• Be familiar with the configuration and management of wireless RAN network devices, and have equipment operation experience from major vendors.
• Master network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, SCTP, UDP, and VLAN.
• Have practical experience in RF planning, optimization, interference analysis, parameter adjustment, and capacity management.
