We are seeking Network / Wireless Field Engineers for our growing client, an award-winning organisation in the private sector. This role will be pivotal in delivering ongoing projects and supporting the company's growth. Responsibilities

• Network and Wireless Field Engineering – Projects / Implementation / Support

• Project Delivery: Lead and manage networking projects from inception to completion.

• Operations: Handle networking-related issues and provide second / third-line support.

• Auditing & Surveys: Conduct audits and site surveys to ensure network integrity and performance.


The successful candidate will eventually play a key role in driving excellence in IT network design, implementation, and management.


Location: London Office + Customer Site Travel (London)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum + Discretionary Bonus

Benefits: Training provided, Overtime, On-call allowance, Flexibility for personal commitments


Must-Have Skills

• Technology Expertise: Proficiency with Cisco, Meraki or Aruba, Ubiquiti, Ekahau, Juniper, and Wi-Fi technologies. (Don't Need Experience with all)

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role within the private or corporate sector.

• Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent timekeeping abilities.

• Forward-Thinking: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.


Nice-to-Have Skills

• Technology: Experience with Ubiquiti or Ekahau (not a must)

• Certifications: Additional certifications in networking (CCNA / CCNP) , wireless and Wi-Fi.

• Experience: Familiarity with external fiber (Openreach).

• Flexibility: Adaptable to working in a flexible workspace environment.

• Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams.


Ideal Candidate

• Private Sector Experience: Background in a corporate environment.

• Team Leadership: Experience leading a team of technical experts.

• Organised: Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Technically Proficient: Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in the specified technologies.
