Location: 4 days a week onsite in Greenwood Village, CO, 1 day remote

Duration: 7-month contract with opportunity for extension/conversion

Pay Rate: $60-$66/hr

Our client is an enterprise telecommunications and connectivity company, and this role sits within their mobile network operations team. As a performance & optimization engineer, you will be focused on enhancing SMN customer experience and maximizing mobile network offload.

Daily activities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze network performance dashboards,
• Identify optimization opportunities and implement changes to meet or exceed KPI minimum operating thresholds
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation points for customer experience issues
• Update configurations based on AGPL audits

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of wireless networking experience
• 5G NR (5G New Radio)
• Any combination of these skills: Standalone network experience, LTE – optimization and performance network management, AirSpan (ACP – AirSpan Control Platform), Nokia MantaRay, NetScout

Bonus Skills:

• SQL/Postgres
