Job Description.

• Use Eckahau software in combination with location floor plans and AP placement data to complete predictive surveys for 296 branch locations with 7 or less access points currently.
• Produce weekly predictive survey results for upcoming branch migrations (10 sites per week).
• Review weekly surveys for floors/locations migrating.
• Present predictive surveys for internal review and approval.
• Review and validate onsite survey results – redesign WiFi AP placement to increase densityand address issues encountered during survey.
• Ability to work with vendors and field technicians.
• Prepare and review cutsheets with Level 3 Operations.
• Work with all MS WiFi Technologies.
• Full knowledge and ability to support WiFi refresh.
• Access Points (Cisco 9136, 9130, 3702, and 3802))
• Switch (Cisco Cat 9k)
• Wireless LAN Controller (Cisco 5520, 8540, 9800)
• Support remote configuration of WiFi controllers and switches as needed.
• Testing support for Personal, Guest, and Next Gen WiFi networks.
• Act as point of escalation for Operations-related issues and tasks.
• Online availability and on call for escalations for Thursday / Friday night migrations for AP changes (3pm – 11pm EST).
