We are looking for a System Engineer Windows to join our team.

As a member of the Infrastructure team within the I&O department, you will act as a technical point of contact for all infrastructure matters related to Windows systems and virtualized environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will install and configure Windows systems to ensure stable and secure operations.
• You will install and configure storage systems, including SAN/NAS and SAN switches.
• You will install and configure backup systems, primarily using Veeam.
• You will monitor system performance and perform tuning to optimize availability and reliability.
• You will produce and maintain operational and technical documentation for systems under your responsibility.
• You will generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as performance, availability, and quality.
• You will rationalize and mutualize systems to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• You will participate in on-call duties and handle interventions outside of business hours when required.
• You will create dashboards to monitor performance metrics in real-time.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows and virtual platforms.
• You will design infrastructure solutions based on Windows technologies.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of existing infrastructure.
• You will manage and support virtual infrastructures including VMware and Hyper-V environments.
• You will monitor and respond to security alerts to ensure infrastructure security.
• You will ensure the infrastructure is compliant with internal standards and ISO27001 processes.
  
  
  

You have the following skills

Required Profile :

• You have proven experience in implementing and managing Hyper-V environments – Senior level (more than 5 years).
• You have proven experience in implementing and managing VMware environments – Senior level (more than 5 years).
• You have knowledge of ISO27001 standards and ensure compliance in infrastructure setups.
• You have confirmed experience in designing infrastructure solutions tailored to business needs.
• You have proven knowledge and hands-on experience with storage and backup solutions (SAN/NAS, Veeam, etc.).
• You have an excellent command of Active Directory and its associated services.
• You are fluent in French and possess a good level of English, both written and spoken.
• You have proven experience creating and executing PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and manage systems.
• You have proven expertise in monitoring and tuning Windows systems to ensure optimal performance.
• You have demonstrated experience as a Windows Systems Administrator – at least more than 5 years.
• You have hands-on experience with cloud environments (such as Azure) – this is a strong asset.
