Windows Administrator (Citrix & SCCM)

Looking for joiners available to start in 15 to 20 days.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Design, implement, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) solutions
• Administer and optimize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment, patch management, and asset management
• Ensure high availability and performance of Windows and Citrix infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Windows and Citrix environments

Required Skills:

• 4-10 years of experience in Windows Server administration (2012, 2016, 2019, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) 7.x, 1912, etc.
• Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment, patch management, and asset management
• Familiarity with Windows Group Policy, Active Directory, and DNS/DHCP
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Citrix products like NetScaler, StoreFront, etc.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and task management
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS
• ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks (Good to have)
